Our kitchen is one of the central points of our hospitality.
Food is an essential part of our culture, it shows our roots, the history of this area, the Riviera, so difficult to “tame” because of its steep shape, typically terraced with stone walls that once were built to obtain land on which to grow the beautiful olive trees that you can see throughout the territory, on the fall down to the sea. A millenarian work that today gives us valuable ingredients for our cuisine: oil, olives, fruit including Pernambucco’s oranges and sweet apricots, vegetables including thorny artichokes with an unmistakable flavour, the crispy and delicate “trumpet” courgettes, the herbs that add flavour and make our dishes unique, first among all the basil with which we create the pesto sauce, dressing prince of our Ligurian cuisine.
You will find the passion and the experience handed down from generation to generation, on the table, in dishes on our menu, accompanied by a carefully-prepared wine list that will enhance the dishes that are served with a careful proposal of local (and not only) wines.
You will find again the same care in our breakfast, fundamental moment of the day to give joy and energy.
Of course we will be attentive to your specific needs, preparing menus for those who suffer from intolerances and allergies, for those who chose to be vegetarian or must comply with a diet such as diabetics or celiac people.
